Brickell Real Estate – Brickell Condos

Once upon a time, the Brickell area was offices and buildings, with a few beautiful condos. Today, Brickell condos vibrates with life at all hours, while still boasting one of the largest financial districts in the United States. Luxury high-rise condos, including the Santa Maria and the Icon, line the wide avenue, contributing to Miami’s unique skyline. Many of the buildings are mixed use, offering residents beautifully appointed living spaces combined with convenient retail, services, and amenities.

Mary Brickell Village, a Mediterranean style complex full of upscale dining, retail, and entertainment options, occupies several blocks within walking distance of many of the offices and Brickell waterfront condos. Nearby, on South Miami Avenue, are Miami landmarks Perricone’s and Tobacco Road, holder of the very first liquor license issued in Florida. Brickell Waterfront Real Estate is one of the first areas developed in Miami, and is named for William Brickell and his wife Mary, who were co-founders of Miami.

Brickell is right over the Miami River from downtown Miami, and just minutes from both Miami Beach and Key Biscayne. The Metromover and Metrorail provide easy access to downtown, and it’s a quick hop to I-95 as well. Area schools include Southside Elementary School, Ada Merritt Elementary School, Riverside Elementary School (all operated by Miami-Dade County Public Schools), and First Presbyterian International Christian School (Christian), Gordon Day School (Jewish), and Prima Casa Montessori School.
